Although we are sure that you will love what you buy in kokorome, if you see that your product has some kind of defect, you do not like it or you simply decide to change your mind, you can return your order or part of it within 15 days from the date of the purchase, as long as you previously notify it by email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “return” and explaining the reason.
Except in the case of a possible defect, all returns must be with the product in perfect condition, unused, and in its original package.
Once we receive the return order, we will refund the money minus the shipping costs for the same payment system that you used.
If the product arrives in poor condition due to the shipment, you must notify it by attaching a photograph of the damaged packaging before opening it to the e-mail address: email@example.com
Bear in mind that no refunds will be made in these cases:
- In international orders.
- If you misuse any of our products. There for we recommend that you carefully read the recommendations Care of the products section before using them.
- If the dye of your jeans or clothes has stained the bag, totebag or backpack. You will find more information about this in the “product care” section.
